Hi MiddleTommy, We have disabled editing at the moment, you're right :-) We did this because we were finding times when we would be looking into an issue and not realise the original post was changed. CommunityServer, which we use for our forums, doesn't seem to have a setting that lets us instruct it to send a notification when a post has changed. By forcing people to post again we get notified right away. We may look at just editing the source to CS to mail on update and re-enable editing but haven't had the time recently. Hope that explains the situation and that you're not going crazy! :-) John-Daniel |
