I tried installing it on VS2013 Express for Web and it doesn't look like its compatible? |

Unfortunately Express has never supported extensions other than templates and themes - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MicrosoftVisualStudioExpress#Extensibility - so this is outside of our control :(
