Hi there- My colleague has forgotten his password details, but when he goes through the password reset procedure, we don't receive any emails from Mindscape? Can I just check that there's not a problem on Mindscape's side? -Soen |

Hi Soen, Usually this is because folks have forgotten the email address they used. Can you check Darren is trying with the email address: dev@ And your company domain, like yours. Let me know if you have any issues. John-Daniel Trask |
