I am trying to determine the best lightweight file-based database to use. I would prefer not to run Oracle, SQL Server, etc.... We will have a 10 server farm running multiple processes each. Those processes all will monitor for file events that trigger reads and writes out of the database. It is expected that this volume of reads and writes will be pretty high. Which LightSpeed support file-based database is the best choice for high volume transactions over network connectivity? Thanks! |

Just to make sure I understand correctly, you are intending to have a file based database residing on a network share with multiple machines reading and writing to it?
