Hi, I am Rossi.Luo who reported some bugs to you before. My company has bought the 4 developer licenses of the WPF Elements last week, today, I logon in with this account, and click "My Account", in the active subscriptions page, I can see the Downloads button in the options column. But after clicking the "Downloads" button, nothing happened, so I cannot download the licensed version of the WPF Elements. I tried IE 10 and chrome. Please see the attached screen shot |

Hi, Sorry about this - we discovered the issue and have resolved it. You should now be able to download your licenses. Also, just to let you know, we also shipped WPF Elements 7.0: http://www.mindscapehq.com/blog/index.php/2014/06/12/wpf-elements-7-0-released/ Kind regards, John-Daniel Trask |

Hi Daniel, I have tried again today, it does not work. Please double check it again! My account with the license is MalvernInstruments |

Hi, I just checked, it's working fine here. You should be logged in as 'Rossi.Luo', then go to 'My Account', you will see 'WPF Elements', click 'Download' and you can then download the items. I've performed an account impersonation & tried with WPF Elements 6.0 & WPF Elements 7.0. Both downloaded successfully. Could you tell me what error you're receiving? Note: MalvernInstruments made the purchase, but there is a license assigned to you personally (the Rossi.Luo account). I hope that helps, John-Daniel Trask |
