Why cannot my team members post a thread in this forum?

Hi Jason,

I got two questions about this web site, because I don't know in which forum I should put this question, so I make my questions here:

1. We have bought the licenses of WPF Elements (4 Developers) months ago, and I have added my team members' email addressed in the "My Account -> Users" page. But after my team member logins, why cannot they download the WPF Elements in the "My Account -> Active Subscriptions" ?

2. My team member wants to post a thread in the "WPF Elements" forum, but after they clicking the "Post" button, they always get the error "You must provide a value for the captcha". But on the post page, there is not any capthca.

Hi Jason, Thanks for your help first. But my team member tried today, by now, he still could not post a thread in this forum. My team member's email address is jianya.shi@omec-instruments.com , I had added him into our licensed user long long ago. Please kindly give us some help on this.

Sorry for the delay, Your team member may have some kind of captcha blocker in place preventing them to make their first post. I've entered the captcha and created a test forum post for the email address you posted so that they should now be able to post in the forum.
