Apparently this is an issue which gets raised if your "SQL Server Data Tools" install is corrupt. Can you try installing the most recent update (you can download it here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/data/hh297027) and see if that resolves the issue for you?

Jeremy, Please clarify which download should I pick? I already have a VS2013 Ultimate with Update3 installed? |

Its previously always been a case of just selecting the latest one as the data tools are run independently from Visual Studio updates but I would probably hold off if you have Update 3 installed. I am currently recovering from an injury but I will have a look into this next week when I am back in the office to see if I can reproduce this for you and see if I can work out whats going on.
