How to create DB2 connection in LINQPad using lightspeed

Can you please post instruction with picture how to create DB2 connection in LINQPad ?

Thank you for reply. What goes into Model Assembly, Unit of work class, and Display name filed on 'Light Speed Connection" window.

For SQL All I need to specify is server name but in DB2 these are additional fields On "Light Speed Connection" Window

• For the connection string field you need to specify the connection string for your database.
• For the model assembly you need to specify the path to the compiled assembly which contains your LightSpeed model
• For the unit of work class you need to specify the type name of your typed UnitOfWork instance, this will depend on the name of your model and the namespace it has been generated within.
• For the display name you will want to specify any name which describes this connection for you within LINQPad
