When downloading version 3.3.1608 , my workbench menu doesn't appear nor does the compass settings when I right click on the project in the solution explorer. I am still able to see config.rb file but it doesn't compile either. Is there some step I'm missing? |

No, but from the description of what you are seeing the extension does not appear to be loaded. If you look under your Extensions and Updates is Web Workbench showing as enabled or disabled?

It says Mindscape Web Workben [Disabled], but the Enable button is not clickable and the uninstall button is active. |

Try uninstalling and then re-installing Web Workbench and then check if it is enabled on the first load after installation.
