Bindings of Diagram doesn't work

Hi, currently I am using the Diagram 2.0. However, I found that the bindings on the DiagramSurface.Diagram doesn't get triggered whenever a node being added or modified. Previously in Diagram 1.0 it works properly, but after the recent migration, it seems to be not working anymore. Whenever I switch my child (which having different diagram, the DiagramSurface shows nothing at all / shows previous child's diagram.

This is the code that I use to bind the Diagram:
