After just renewing our licenses for the Mega Pack we are not too pleased to see that we could have let the renewal lapse and purchased new licenses at a cheaper price!!!! Not a good way to keep your existing customers happy. Seeing as you have these sales every year whats the point of renewing existing licenses if the cost is higher? |
