Is there a way to force creation of the objects with quoted identifiers in migrations? |

No, but which provider and migration action are you using as we should be handling this as part of the SQL being generated.

Oracle9, which tells apart quoted and unquoted identifiers. So if migrations are used to create a database, only unquoted identifiers can be used further. |
