Recently VS2013 (and 2015 CTP) started crashing whenever I select Mindscape >> Web Workbench Settings... For a particular project. I get this error in the event viewer Error Handler Exception: System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException: There was an error reading from the pipe: The pipe has been ended. (109, 0x6d). ---> System.IO.IOException: The read operation failed, see inner exception. ---> System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException: There was an error reading from the pipe: The pipe has been ended. Is that correct? Any insight on what could be causing the failure? Thanks. |

Thanks for reporting this - are you working in an environment which has no/restricted internet connectivity? Also are you saying this only occurs on a specific project but not others?
