Unable to cast object of type 'Mindscape.LightSpeed.Querying.LogicalExpression' to type 'Mindscape.LightSpeed.Querying.IAttributePathExpression'

Here's a odd one...

This (below) throws an error (Unable to cast object of type 'Mindscape.LightSpeed.Querying.LogicalExpression' to type 'Mindscape.LightSpeed.Querying.IAttributePathExpression'):

            var items = uow.AssetTypes.Where(x => !string.IsNullOrEmpty(x.ProductionSuffix)).Select(x => new ProductionAssetTypeModel
            {
                AssetTypeId = x.Id,
                Name = x.Name,
                ProductionSuffix = x.ProductionSuffix,
                IsDefaultPreview = false
            }).ToList();

Yet this works fine

            var items = (
                from a in uow.AssetTypes where !string.IsNullOrEmpty(a.ProductionSuffix) 
                select new ProductionAssetTypeModel
                { 
                    ProductionSuffix = a.ProductionSuffix, 
                    Name = a.Name, 
                    AssetTypeId = a.Id, 
                    IsDefaultPreview = false 
                }
            ).ToList();

Mindscape.LightSpeed.dll version is 5.0.2714.0

Yep that is indeed odd - are you able to send us through a small repro project with your model and some sample data and we can have a look into this for you.
