I'm interested in ALSO usinf these controls, but I target mono/moonlight because its multi platform, and that is vwery important to me. Do you support moonlight? and if so: what version, and if you dont currently, do you plan on doing this in future?

Hi Anthony, No, we don't currently test for Moonlight support. That doesn't mean we don't (although I would be very impressed by the people behind Moonlight if it just worked!) but that we haven't actively tested it or built for that platform. If you have a moonlight/mono enabled environment handy you could just run up the samples and see how they work. We usually plan things around customer demand and we haven't had much demand for moonlight support to date although I appreciate your interest. Does your multi-platform support require linux? Since Silverlight by itself is meant to work happily on OS X and Windows already I would have thought that would cover most users? Appreciate your feedback, John-Daniel |

Ill look at the SilverLight samples later at home, and yes I want to run in Linux, IPhone, IPad, Android, and MeeGo as well as desktops. I like the idea that my software runs all over, and thats moonlight, not Silverlight :P Mobile computing is fast overtaking desktops as a computing platform for clients, and I want to ensure I can reach as many people as possible :)
