Hi Jano, Thanks for your interest in WPF Elements. You can modify and use them for a commercial project as long as that project is not competing with WPF Elements (e.g. you can't be providing a theme pack for WPF, that sort of thing). Otherwise you're welcome to tweak them as needed. You also can't distribute the themes yourself in an uncompiled form (e.g. just providing the XAML files, they need to be part of your application).
