This generated an error: URI formats are not supported. However, if I create a new directory (any name) and right-click on that directory, I am then able to right-click on the directory in Solution Explorer and then choose Add --> New Scss File..., it works correctly. The error occurred adding any of these to the project root: Less, Scss, or CoffeeScript (from the Web Workbench submenu additions in the right-click context menu of the project node in Solution Explorer) |

Thanks for reporting this - this appears to be an issue with Website projects under VS2012 as its assigning the filepath for the project root as a URL despite being created on the file system. I have added a fix for this and this will be available in the next nightly build, or if you are using the free version will be available in the next gallery update.
