We have had support for this for since shortly after release, the support is available in LightSpeed 5.5

Thanks for the quick update, but that only partially answered my question - The EXPRESS version installer I downloaded yesterday from the Mindscape web Site did NOT have VS 2015 as a supported option - so are you implying that installer is out of date are only the PAID versions have VS 2015 support? You can download the Express version of 5.5 if you use the Download Nightly Builds link for LightSpeed on the downloads page.
