We have now updated this for Visual Studio 2012 so if you download an updated VSIX from the product download page and run that you should now see an option to install for Visual Studio 2012.

You can install it on 2013 by downloading the file from here: http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/7193af78-b06e-48dd-8994-9deb2bfa1959 Rename it from .vsix to .zip. Extract, edit the extension.vsixmanifest file, include: In the SupportedProducts node, zip back up the contents, rename from .zip to .vsix, install. |
