Hi, Recently, we installed the version 4 of LightSpeed. After that, a message was displayed that indicated when we tried to save that we had activated the licence to process. We used the Activate option in the contextual menu of the visual designer using our licence key downloaded from the My account section of your web site. The problem is that we have 3 availables keys but we only generated one of them and we installed it on two computers. Now, we have a message in the immediate window of visual studio. ("Licensing conflict: [Ip address of conflicting computer] is using the same license key as this machine"). I just assigned the 2 remaining keys from the My account section to my collegues informations (name and email) but I'm not able to Activate again with the right keys in the visual designer. What can I do? Thank you. |

Did you collegues complete the assignment process (they should have recieved an email letting them know they need to create a customer account to claim their key), until they do that the keys will not work since they need to be associated with a customer account in our database. Let us know if you need any more assistance with this or if they didnt recieve the emails.

I already use the activate option in the contextual menu of the visual designer with the same key in both 2 computers. I also linked our 3 licences with programmers at my job but didn't received email. We just want to assign the valid key to each programmer who already use the wrong key. I found that the key is stored in the registry of my windows. It is the good place to change the key to a valid one? |

For entering the new keys the best thing to do is to delete the registry key and then reload Visual Studio - you will then get the activation dialog link again and you can activate from there. I will follow up on what the status is with the keys you have assigned and send you an email with the details you need.
