Hi, The main account of our subscription was created by someone that left the company (Emilyne). I'm trying to add me as a user but when I click on the link I receive it asks me credentials (I imagine to create an account). It doesn't work (invalid login or password). As I didn't used the components until now I thought that I created a long time ago a "trial" account but when I try the forgot password link it says an email has been sent but I don't receive it... I tried to recreate my user but it doesn't send an email anymore... Could you please solve this account issue? Kind regards, Julien |

Hi Julien, If you create an account here: http://www.mindscapehq.com/register you can then use those credentials when following your invitation link. If you continue to have any trouble please send us an email to support at mindscape.co.nz and we can follow up with you in more detail.
