Create a Contact and a ChatHistory entity. Drag a one-to-many association arrow from Contact to ChatHistory. Rename the ends to FromContact and FromChatHistories. Drag another one-to-many association arrow from Contact to ChatHistory. Rename the ends to ToContact and ToChatHistories. If you specifically need the underscores in the foreign key columns for compatibility with an existing database, select each arrow, go to the Properties grid, and enter the database column name in the Column Name box. (Similarly if the Chat_History table name must contain an underscore -- select the entity and enter it in the Table_Name box.)
