Hello, I was trying to use a field of type Object against a MySQL database. It doesn't look like it is supported. I was hoping that Lightspeed will provide the necessary infrastructure to serialize CLR object to a BLOB and back without me having to define custom types. There are numerous CLR types that we use frequently and would love to persist to a database without defining custom types. They include: IPAddress, Uri, Type, Stream and XmlDocument/XDocument. The ideal scenario would not be to duplicate any code between projects. Any chance a future version of Lightspeed can support these field types out of the box? Thanks, Werner |
