Adapt a variant of Web Workbench in a standalone DLL or executable

Hi,
I am a front-end Web developer and I appreciate a lot Web Workbench, particulary for the SASS language (I'm writing all my CSS styles with this syntax).

I recently discovered the project dotLess (http://www.dotlesscss.org/) and I find it really interesting approach.
The .LESS compilation is made with a DLL (with a reference added to the project) or an executable (available from the command line, very useful in post-build events for example).
In addition it's possible to add some settings to the web.config file (compact mode, minify ...). I find that very handy.

So have you also planned to adapt a variant of Web Workbench in a standalone DLL or executable?
On projects where multiple people are working, this integrated solution to a project in Visual Studio should be an ideal approach. In addition we could keep Web Workbench for syntax highlighting and some other helpers for programmers working with Sass, CoffeeScript or Less.
