Project > Add > New Item LightSpeed does not appear in the list. I have tried everything I found in this forum (refreshing VS template cache, so on). What else should I do? Thanks |

I had the same problem myself. Installing the nightly build solved it for me. |

You're welcome. Mind you, personally I wouldn't recommend spending any time evaluating this product as it appears to be a dead end. Mindscape doesn't answer forum posts, can't get around to replacing the demo download (which must have never worked under VS 2015) with the "nightly" build (yeah, right) which does work, doesn't want to bother selling single-developer licenses (and can't be arsed to change their product page to say so) and has no stated roadmap. I've abandoned considering the product in favor of NHibernate. No where near as elegant, but it's actively supported, targets a much wider range of database systems, and available (as opposed to a single-developer license for Lightspeed, which -- despite what the product page says -- is unobtanium.) |
