Exception thrown in Silverlight designer when using DockPanel

I'm using Silverlight Elemwnts 2 with Visual Studio 10 I have created a new silverlight application and added a DockPanel to the XAML file and I get an exception in the designer. It does not appear to matter if the dock panel contains anything or not. If I remove the dock panel the exception goes away. The exception is:

I downloaded the nightly build and it now works with nothing in the dock panel or one item in the dock panel but when I add a second item I still get an exception. I have included a XAML example. Uncomment the marked subtitle textblock and rebuild (not just build) the solution and an exception will happen. Below the code is the exception I am getting.

Unfortunately I have not been able to reproduce this at my end, even after rebuilding all. Both your code and our demos are working correctly in the designer. This could be a bug in Visual Studio, try installing the latest version of the .NET framework, Silverlight and Visual Studio 2010 where applicable. If you are still seeing this issue, let me know and I'll have another go at reproducing it.

Update: I switched my project to target Silverlight 4 and the issue went away...
