Hi, I have an existing .css file I renamed to .less and it won't compile back. Output from WWO is
I've dropped the file onto an online compiler (http://winless.org/online-less-compiler) and get an error on a line which starts...
Dropping this into StackOverflow (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14876376/less-compile-error-on-retina-media-query) there is a known problem with 1.3.0. Is this related ? I took the two related retina items out of the sheet, and it worked.... Is my assumption correct that I just have to wait for an update to 1.3.1 and then enable those media queries again, or is there another workaround ? Thanks in advance.... |

I am assuming you are using the most recent update for Web Workbench (3.2.837.22573) - if so we are using Less 1.3.3. I can reproduce the same problem here with the example from the StackOverflow post both with WW and using Less directly so it would appear it hasn't been fixed yet (it might be in the upcoming 1.4.0 release). Once this has been fixed in Less it will be available in WW once we have pushed out an updated release with the newer version of Less.

Thanks for that... Yep I was using xxx.22573 (upgraded that morning). Okay, as it's just the retina rules, I can live without them for a while, and I'll just keep throwing it back in there to try for each new WW build. Thanks again for the prompt reply.... |
