How can I define a entity with a composite key straight in the designer? Kind regards, Tom |

You need to define this by using the Model Explorer window which will appear when you click on the diagram surface. Drill down on the Entities hierarchy and then select the entity which you wish to create the composite key on. Right click on the entity node and then select the "Add new identity property" option. You can then right click on the newly created identity property and define the characteristics of it. Repeat this process to define each part of the composite key.

Perfect, it works. I have overseen it in the context menu. Thanks. Tom |
