Inspired by the Windows 8 Start screen live tiles, this control gives your app similar functionality that users of Windows 8 will be familiar with. As tiles are dragged they will rearrange intelligently, and when dropped they will snap into place. Both large and small tile sizes are available, as well as drag-and-drop grouping support.
When you tap (or click) and hold on a tile then drag it, as you move over other tiles they will move around to make way for the new tile with smooth, impressive animations.
A small square and larger rectangle (that takes up two columns) are available, for different sorts of data.
Moving a tile to the right position will display a vertical bar (as above). Dropping the tile here will create a whole new group that other tiles can be added to.
